Laura’s dress was made from stretch knit with fishline in the rolled Hem Edge. I did not get this information right while in New York. But,  I found a piece of fabric at my local Hancock store with ruffles on it made from Organza with rolled edges.The colors matched perfectly. Yea!  I cut the ruffles off of the fabric and gathered them to be one inch and then stitched them onto the chiffon  hemlines from  made four full gathered circles. Lots of ruffles.
